Micro Power Converter

Preston Galle, Urvi Shah, Seong-Hyok Kim, Mark G. Allen

This project focuses on the development of an integrated power converter using miniaturized power inductors with micromachined laminations. Adopting micromachined core lamination technology, it could meet multi-watt conversion specifications such as micro fuel cells, micro power generator and portable electronics.
