Yanzhu Zhao (Ph. D. Student)

 

Biographical Sketch

Yanzhu Zhao received the B.S. and the M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering in 1998 and 2001, respectively, from Nanjing University, China. He worked as teach assistant in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2002. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. His research area currently focuses on RF MEMS, wireless sensor and ASIC design.

Control and develop new 'soft lithographic' approaches for structurally and electrically patterning them and guiding their growth, such as three-dimensional (3-D) metal pattern transferring for molded structures
