James Norman (Ph. D. Student)

 

Biographical Sketch

James Norman received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas - Austin in 2006.  His past research at UT-Austin and Princeton University revolved around polymer electronics.  His current research interest is fabrication of hollow microneedles for use in drug delivery.

            Fabrication of hollow microneedles for use in drug delivery

 

Hollow microneedles will be fabricated and tested for applications in drug delivery.  The microneedles are promising for global dissemination of therapeutics, and offer a painless alternative for drug and vaccine delivery into the blood stream.
