Avishek Aiyar (Graduate Research Assistant)

 

Biographical Sketch

Avishek Aiyar was born in 1982 in Calcutta, West Bengal, along the eastern part of India. He received his Bachelor of Technology degree (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from the AC College of Technology, Anna University, Chennai, in 2005.  He is currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Chemical Engineering in the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Georgia Tech. He joined the MSMA group in November 2005.

 

His research interest is in developing flow sensors that can be used to manipulate the flight of UAVs.

 

He was awarded the Indian Academy of Sciences Summer research fellowship in 2004 to work at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
